After almost half a dozen attempts, I think this is the first time I have really been happy with a release rather than merely "done" with it. Whether it's been the way the drums, guitar or bass sound, or the overall mix. There has alway been something that I wasn't totally happy with but was unable to change in the way that I wanted.

Still, I decided to put them out anyway because how else would you get better? I'm really glad I did, because this EP wouldn't be in the state it is today without all those other tracks.

I love the guitar tone I've been able to find for these songs. I've been able to find a drum sound that isn't all top end without getting lost in the mix, and the overall balance of these mixes is a lot nicer to listen to.

I never know if there is going to be any more tracks released after I've done with a batch. But if there is any more after this, I think I've finally found the sound I've been looking for!
